Professional Bull Riders Hang on to NeuLion Partnership

NeuLion and
the Professional Bull Riders have reaffirmed their partnership to continue serving
fans throughout 2009. Powered by NeuLion, the Professional Bull Riders’ PBR.TV launched
in October 2008 for the PBR World Finals with a content mix that included: extensive
event highlights from each round of competition, daily podcasts, live streaming coverage,
original event content, plus archives from the past season and previous finals.

The Professional Bull Riders unveiled this dedicated sports network last year to provide
fans with an online destination featuring exclusive and original content. As end-to-end
provider, NeuLion delivers PBR.TV as a completely managed turnkey service.

Since the launch, PBR.TV has extended its offering to broadcast The PBR.TV Show, an
original hosted news program produced exclusively for broadband, exclusive podcasts
featuring discussion forums, ‘insider’ interviews with riders and leading personalities
of the sport. PBR.TV has aired archived full length event footage to complement network
coverage providing fans the opportunity to view the entire event, plus other ‘not
seen on TV’ event coverage. The PBR service is available free to fans by visiting
www.pbr.tv and is currently monetized through advertising delivered by NeuLion.

With the October debut of PBR.TV, fans consumed over one million videos in less than
four months. Additional content developments are planned during 2009

BitGravity launches
BG Live HD, the first affordable, true HD, online streaming service for live events
in 1080p or 720p resolution. BG Live HD is a Flash-based, highly scalable, streaming
service built on BitGravity’s ‘s Distributed Origin-based network which minimizes
latency to create a superior viewing experience and low total cost of ownership.

“The notion of HD live broadcasting over the Internet is not earth shattering. Doing
it in a way that enables wide adoption is.” said Perry Wu, co-founder and CEO of BitGravity.
“Technology is not meaningful if we only deliver four out of five requirements that
customers demand. TV-quality 720p and 1080p HD with only a few seconds delay off live,
no client download, simple set-up, scalability, and affordability are the table stakes
for being a player in this space.”

“BitGravity is a game changer in online video. The online live broadcast market has
taken off and will ultimately deliver affordable, innovative HD services and BitGravity
is a key company to watch. DEMO wanted to offer our global community the highest quality
online viewing experience. While we may not have the budget of a major network, our
ambitions are just as great. BitGravity let’s us deliver our entire DEMO 2009 show
online in the highest quality,” said Chris Shipley, executive producer of DEMO 2009.
To view the DEMO 2009 conference live online March 2-3, go to www.demo.com/live.

BitGravity has low hardware start-up costs and to stream live with your HD camera
and Internet connection, BitGravity requires only an Apple Mac Pro loaded with BitGravity
transcoding software, a PCI expansion card, and an HDMI or HDSDI source connected
to BitGravity’s network. BG Live HD will be generally available in April. BitGravity
is initially offering HD H.264 live streaming software in 1080p or 720p at no price
premium over SD H.264 delivery.
