Worldwide is expanding its existing facility near Washington, D.C. to create the
largest Internet TV Studio in the U.S. The state-of-the-art facility will support
TV Worldwide’s growing network of Internet TV Channels and programming and will open
with a celebratory reception on October 30 to include a live webcast jazz concert
featuring rock-legend and TV Worldwide board member J. Geils, who will perform with
the Gerry Beaudoin Trio.

rapidly growing Internet TV sector, a real bright spot in the current global financial

the creation of Internet TV channels to serve professionals in laser-focused target

As a testimonial to TV Worldwide’s continuing commitment to create programming for
military veterans through its Internet TV channel targeted to that audience, USVets.TV,
the new studio will be dedicated in honor of U.S. veterans and named TV Worldwide’s
“U.S. Veterans Studio.”

The free live webcast of the studio launch featuring the jazz music of J. Geils and
