Optibase IPTV Encoder System Chosen by ZTE Corporation in China – August 21, 2007
Optibase Ltd. and ZTE Corporation announced today a strategic alliance to provide integrated TV over IP services. ZTE selected Optibase’s Media Gateway (MGW) platforms to provide advanced MPEG-4/H.264 encoding and streaming solutions as part of its IPTV offering.
